Getting started

   Sign in with Discord

   No sign-up form and no password. Discord is the only way in, and Vitals never stores your email address. Player search, the map rotation and the season pages all work without signing in at all.

   Add your player account

   Find your own account from the search on the Settings tab and add it. You can add more than one; the limit is shown on that screen. From the moment you add it, the server starts recording that account.

   Let the server do the rest

   History keeps accumulating while the page is closed. The chart switches between Recent, One day, Season and All time, and it can draw several accounts and the Predator border on one set of axes.

Finding the ID to search by

Search takes the login ID or a Steam ID, not the name shown in game. Match it exactly, capitals and punctuation included.

PC

The EA ID on your EA account. Accounts played on PC are searched by this ID.

PC (Steam)

A 17-digit SteamID64 (it starts 7656119…) works too — it is the number at the end of a Steam profile URL of the /profiles/ form. It is the same account, so it reaches the same record the EA ID does.

PlayStation

The PSN online ID. That is the search key for an account played on PlayStation.

Xbox

The Xbox gamertag. That is the search key for an account played on Xbox.

Frequently asked questions

The player was found, but the chart is empty

An account starts being recorded the moment a search turns it up. The RP read at that moment is held only as a baseline and is not drawn, because nothing yet says it came from play in the current season. The line starts once Vitals has seen that RP move. Waiting is not what does it — an account nobody is playing stays empty however many days pass, and a few ranked matches put a line on the chart from the next poll. There is no reaching back before that. Favouriting the account shortens the interval between polls, so the first point arrives sooner.

What needs an account?

Player search and rank charts, the map rotation, and the season schedule and write-ups all work signed out. Adding your own account and groups need a sign-in. Signed-out browsing has a short-window rate limit.

I want to stop tracking or delete my data

Unlink a player account from Settings and remove a favourite from the Players tab, at any time. To delete the account itself and the data stored with it, contact the address given in the privacy policy.

Can other people see my record?

Game account identifiers, player names and rank history are searchable and viewable by anyone, as data drawn from what the game makes public. Your Discord account details, your display name on Vitals, and your friend and group relationships are never shown to other users.

Where does the rank data come from?

The public API of Apex Legends Status. Vitals is an unofficial service, unaffiliated with EA and Respawn, and while that upstream is down the record has a gap.
